Do I need an account? No. The App works fully offline. Signing in is only needed if you want the same project data on more than one device, or shared with colleagues.
I forgot my password. On the Company screen, enter your email address and tap Forgot password?. A reset email is sent to that address — check your junk folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Where are Invoices, Reports and Company on my iPhone? The iPhone tab bar only fits four sections, so those three sit under More at the right-hand end.
Can I get my data out? Yes. Every report exports to CSV and to PDF from the Reports screen.
Can I import my customers? Yes. The Customers screen imports a CSV, and offers a template showing the expected columns.
How do I delete my account? Email the address above and we will erase your account and its data within 30 days.
